Rights to the images
All images taken by the Photographer are protected by copyright law. This means that the Photographer has all rights to the images and they may not be copied, printed, modified, disclosed or sold without the Photographer’s written permission.
When receiving the images digitally, a limited right of use of the images is granted, which means that the Customer is free to print the images and share the edited images on social media and their own website, blogs, etc.
It is not allowed to:

Artistic release
The Photographer will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Services are produced in a style consistent with the Photographer’s current portfolio and the Photographer will use reasonable efforts to consult with the Client and incorporate all reasonable suggestions.
Style
Customer agrees that Customer has reviewed Photographer’s past work and portfolio and has a reasonable expectation that Photographer will perform the Services in a similar style.
The Photographer will use its artistic judgment when providing the Services and shall have the final say as to the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the Services.
Disagreement with the Photographer’s aesthetic judgment or artistic ability is not valid grounds for terminating the agreement or requesting a refund.
Original files
The photographer does not provide original files (RAW/ARW). Should the customer require original files, this must be agreed separately before the shoot.

Change and cancellation policy
You have the option to change your booking to a new date or time up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To change your booking, open your confirmation email and click “Change booking”. You will then be given the option to rebook your appointment for another time.
If you wish to cancel your booking, please contact me by phone or email as soon as possible.
Please note: Repeated changes or cancellations may result in prepayment requirements for future appointments.

Media files
If you upload images to the website (e.g. via contact form), you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Website visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Images taken by Weigang Photography have EXIF data removed before delivery to protect your privacy.
